Richard Edwin
Director
Richard is an engineering graduate and has been a business leader with vast experience across industries and has served in leadership positions in multinational corporates.
He has an entrepreneurial flair that has driven comprehensive accomplishments such as leading and managing cross-functional teams and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals with exemplary credibility as his special caliber.
Dr. Adarsh Attavar
Director – Business Development
Dr. Adarsh brings over two decades of experience at Leading players in Health Insurance and Healthcare Providers (GE, Munich Re, Allianz, Apollo, Aster Healthcare and NMC). A Medical Doctor, he completed an M.B.B.S from the prestigious Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, an MBA from Ohio University and a Masters in Marketing from the Strathclyde University, Glasgow. He has been keenly involved in multiple International strategic projects including PPP Projects, Insurance Operations set-up and Digitization in Health Insurance and in Healthcare Provider IT.
Dr. Shantal Salian
General Manager
Dr. Shantal is a Dentist and has a passionate leaning towards advocating healthy lifestyles as the means to achieving a well-balanced life. She is the General Manager Aseema – a startup that truly believes in the power of community and groups to empower people lead their healthiest lives.
A mum of two, she has brought in many of her ideas into practice through Aseema. A focused professional with the unwavering support of her two kids and hubby, who is out to create the world of her visions – a better world where her kids and the future generation can grow up in.
